Gluten-Free Living

Description: Have you recently been diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity? Are you confused by what you can and can't eat? Do you know how to keep your house, your family, your restaurant meals from hurting you? If you need help starting your gluten-free life, come learn from those with experience. Topics addressed will include:

Come share gluten-free gab with others. One in 133 may have celiac disease, so you are not alone!

Facilitator: Lee Pellegrino. Lee Pellegrino has been living gluten-free for 7 years after 30 years of undiagnosed celiac disease symptoms. She is a research scientist by day and by night tries to find the perfect recipe for gluten-free bread.
